About me......I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister, and a trained Pastry Chef.  I grew up learning to bake at an early age, by spending lots of time in the kitchen with my mom.  I have organized and planned many special events.  While my two boys were in school, I was always planning parties, school events, church events, and more.  My passion is baking and customizing special desserts and cakes for special occasions.  So once my boys were older, I decided to go back to school to get a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts.  Since graduating, I have worked as a Pastry Chef & Event Planner for large catering companies, a restaurant, and an event venue.  Most of my experience is creating gorgeous wedding cakes & specialized desserts. I have opened an at home bakery.  My desserts and cakes are made with all natural &  fresh ingredients, and are made from scratch.  I would love to help you customize your wedding cake or make a delicious dessert display for your special event.  I am very creative, hard working, love to work with my customers to customize their desserts, and I strive for perfection.  Let me help make your special day one you will never forget.
